Mike is a respected senior industry professional and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) with well over 40 years’ varied experience in the commercial insurance sector as a director, commercial and personal lines insurance broker, underwriter, and conduct manager.
He has worked across the whole spectrum of general insurance, insurance broker, sales and training, product and policy development and delivery for commercial clients, compilation PBAs policy drafting, QA for technical and conduct content; risk management; complaint and E&O handling/guidance. He also provides in-house training on CII, general insurance and variety of regulatory topics.
Mike currently works at Everywhen as Conduct Manager for the Caring Profession insurance division. Everywhen combines regional care with national reach, deep sector knowledge and strong insurer relationships to deliver tailored solutions across 55+ schemes. We help our clients navigate everyday and emerging risks with confidence, always and at all times.
He has previously been a Commercial Director for Donald Duncan (Insurance Brokers) and also worked at Cornhill Insurance as an underwriter and Senior Inspector.
