Neil D’Mello

Since starting with Towergate (now Everywhen) since 2015, Neil has established a respected track record in broking, leadership and specialist cyber knowledge. After starting his career in the Henley office as an account executive, Neil progressed to area broking director for the former West Region in 2018, where he led teams through periods of sustained growth and change.

 As an early advocate for cyber insurance, Neil developed the Henley cyber proposition in 2016, helping to shape the framework that was later rolled out across the South. He has since played a pivotal role in shaping Everywhen’s longer-term cyber strategy, with a focus on supporting future leaders in the field.

 Growing from divisional development director for the south into our client director (South), Neil focuses on retention and growth for corporate (mid‑market) clients, bringing specialist insight and a progressive view on cyber risk.
