Public liability insurance for tenants
On our policies we included up to £2m public liability insurance.
Mobile phone cover
We can provide up to £300 for the cost or repairing or replacing your mobile phone, speak to our specialist team to make sure this cover is included in your policy.
Theft or attempted theft cover
We will cover you for theft or attempted theft from other intruders as long as there is evidence of forcible or violent entry or exit.
Alternative accommodation cover
If your property becomes uninhabitable our policy can help towards covering the cost of getting you comfortable and safe.
Tracing and accessing leaks (Additional Cover)
We cover up to £5000 if there is a leak from water tanks, pipes or fixed heating systems which is causing damage in the home. We will also pay the reasonable costs for removing and replacing any other part of the building necessary to find and repair the source of the leak. As it’s a common problem among flat roofed properties, we do ask you to have an inspection carried out on your home every eight years to identify any issues.
