When you need to make a claim, we'll guide you through the process and get your claim settled as quickly as possible.

  • Find your insurance documents and make sure you have all your information at hand, including your policy number.

  • Call the claims team on the number in your policy schedule and explain exactly what happened.

  • Provide photos if requested to help us understand what happened as quickly as we can.

We’re delighted to cover a wide range of beauty treatments, but please note that not all treatments are eligible. Eyelashes is just one of the many treatments we can cover. We can also cover makeup, nails, and other beauty therapies, including body massage, spray tanning, and waxing.

To be eligible to claim under this policy, you must be qualified for the treatments you are providing. You must hold the relevant certificates and qualifications for all professional treatments undertaken.

Our advice is always to take out the maximum level of cover you can reasonably afford. We provide £5 million in indemnity and £1 million for treatment liability as standard through our eyelash extension cover, but can also provide a range of indemnity limits upon referral.

If you prefer to spread the cost of your annual premium, we offer a quick and easy Direct Debit scheme. When you choose to pay premiums in instalments, you will be paying under a Premium Finance plan.

We will give you full details of the finance provider, and the additional cost of finance, when we provide you with your payment plan quotation. This will include the total payable, the number of monthly instalments and the cost of each, as well as the representative APR.
