Public liability insurance protects you against accidents that may happen, implicating a member of the public.This includes accidents ranging from something as small as a spilt drink over a piece of equipment, to serious bodily injury. Professional liability insurance covers legal and compensation costs that arise from claims made against a professional for alleged negligence, errors, or omissions in the course of their work. This may include claims for financial loss, damage to reputation, or breach of confidentiality.
We can arrange cover for therapists across a wide range of activities, including acupuncture, homeopathy, massage therapies and reflexology. Liability arising from any of the following:

Any medical treatment

Cannabidiol (CBD) where not regulated as a novel food or a cosmetic within the United Kingdom
Any beauty therapies undertaken
Coronavirus including Covid-19 and SARS CoV-2, cyber incidents, wear and tear or communicable disease

If you prefer to spread the cost of your annual premium, we offer a quick and easy direct debit scheme. When you choose to pay premiums in instalments, you will be paying under a Premium Finance plan.
We will give you full details of the finance provider, and the additional cost of finance, when we provide you with your payment plan quotation. This will include the total payable, the number of monthly instalments and the cost of each, as well as the representative APR.
