* Terms and conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited or any of its group undertakings from time to time, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

  2. The promoter of the prize draw is Everywhen (the “Promoter”). Everywhen is a trading name of Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 313250). Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 4043759. Registered address: 2 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7PD.

  3. By completing the contact form, participants will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win two one-year memberships to the National Trust – one for themself plus one for another person.  

  4. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

  5. All entries must be submitted via https://www.everywhen.co.uk/win-a-year-s-joint-national-trust-membership and only one entry per person is permitted.

  6. The opening date for entries is 09:00am on 8th May 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 31st July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

  8. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 26th August 2026.

  9. The prize is supplied by Sell My Park Home Limited, trading as Sell My Group  

  10. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 31st August 2026. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven calendar days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

  11. The winner will be contacted by the Supplier who will arrange for the memberships to be issued. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of memberships as issued by the Supplier.

  12. There will be one winner of the prize described above and the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

  13. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

  14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries to entrants by email within one month after the closing date stated in condition 6. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter dvmarketing@everywhen.co.uk . In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

  16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Supplier's privacy policy, which can be found at the Supplier's website and may also be processed by the Promoter as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy:
